Description

Class 2 Digital Signature Uses:

Please note that Class 2 Digital Signature is discontinued since 1st January 2021. We will provide Class 3 Digital Signature in place of Class 2. It is used for GST Application, Income Tax Filing, Company Registration, ROC Filing, GST Filling, Employee Provident Fund Portal, etc.

Class 2 Digital Signature Application Process:

Class II DSC Application Process is very simple. Just select your requirements, validity, etc, and make payment. After successful payment, you will receive an email with a unique verification link generated for you. You need to complete the verification part after which an Application ID will be generated. You need to send that application ID in return email & we will approve it. Watch the following training videos to know more about the verification process.

Class 2 Digital Signature Verification:

1 -Aadhar verification through OTP.

2 – PAN verification where a color scan copy of the original PAN card, Photo, and address proof (Aadhaar/Driving License/Voter ID or Passport) is required.

A: Individuals Verification: Aadhar verification through OTP. Or PAN verification where a color scan copy of the original PAN card, Photo, and address proof (Aadhaar/Driving License/Voter ID or Passport) is required.

B: Proprietor Organisation: PAN verification where a color scan copy of the original PAN card, Photo, and address proof (Aadhaar/Driving License/Voter ID or Passport) is required. For organization proof, a GST certificate or Shop & Establishment certificate is required along with the current account statement.

C: Partnership Firm/Trust/Society etc: For organization proof, you can provide an organization PAN card, Organisation Deed, organization govt registration proof if any along with bank account statement where any transaction should be present within the last three months. Also Applicant & Authorizer’s documents will be required like Photo, PAN card & Address Proof. A declaration in organization letter pad is required which format will be sent by us after order placement.

D: LLP/Company (Both LTD & PVT LTD): For organization proof, you can provide an organization PAN card, Certificate of Incorporation, MOA & AOA, along with a bank account statement where any transaction should be present within the last three months. GST Certificate, if available should be enclosed for first approval. Also Applicant & Authorizer’s documents will be required like Photo, PAN card & Address Proof. A declaration in organization letter pad is required which format will be sent by us after order placement.

E: One Person Company: For organization proof, you can provide an organization PAN card, Certificate of Incorporation, MOA & AOA, along with a bank account statement where any transaction should be present within the last three months. GST Certificate, if available should be enclosed for first approval. Also, Applicant’s documents will be required like Photo, PAN card & Address Proof.

F: Government Organisation: Applicant & Authorizer’s documents will be required like Photo, PAN Card, Govt ID card & Address Proof. A declaration in organization letter pad is required which format will be sent by us after order placement.
